How to Go About Reserving a Space

[STEP 1] Inquiry (By phone or web)
Please let us know your request:
・Which space you want to reserve
・Date and time
・Details (photo shoot, filming, or event)

[STEP 2] Temporary Reservations
<Photo Shoots and Filming>
You can make a temporary reservation on an hourly basis for a minimum usage time.
Photo shoots or filming day + an additional 2 days can be reserved.
Regarding all day reservations or hours to be determined during our normal business hours (9:00 ~ 18:00), 9 hours can be requested.
Please let us know the exact time once fixed.

<Events>
Please send us a plan in advance and we will reply with the availability. We may refuse use depending on the content.
After confirming the plan, we will accept a temporary reservation.
You can make a temporary reservation on an hourly basis for a minimum usage time.

Depending on the situation, we may refuse your request because of other scheduled reservations.

[STEP 3] Rental Space Tours
We can show spaces from 10:00 ~ 12:00 / 14:00 ~ 18:00 on weekdays if there are no reservations.
Tour of spaces under 30 minutes is free of charge.
As reservations are required prior to seeing a space, we may request that you visit on a date and time other than the date and time you are requesting.
If you need a tour lasting over 30 minutes, we may charge a 1 hour studio rental fee.

[STEP 4] Reservation Cancellations
Photo Shoots and Filming:
Cancellations of tentative reservations are subject to the following fees (% of total reservation amount):
7 days from 18:00 to 6 days in advance (20%), 5 days in advance (40%), 4 days in advance (60%), 3 days in advance (80%), 2 days to 1 day in advance (100%)

Events:
Cancellations of tentative reservations are subject to the following fees (% of total reservation amount):
21 days from 18:00 to 13 days from 18:00 (50%), 13 days from 18:00 to 1 day (100%)
*If 21 days before the day of use is on weekend, Friday will be viewed as the cut-off day. (If Friday is holiday, Thursday will be viewed as the cut-off day).
*Cancellation for yet-to-be-determined-usage time, we calculate based on 9 hours (our business hours 9:00 ~ 18:00)
*If there is another tentative reservation, the other reservation may be made before or after the time you hold.
*In addition, the contract will be concluded when you make a decision by phone, and the cancellation fee will be 100% of the reservation time after the confirmation.

[STEP 5] Confirming the Reservation
We will send the application form by email (PDF / Excel). After filling out the application form, please return it by email. We will contact you shortly after receiving the form.

[STEP 6] On the Reserved Day
In principal, please load-in at the time that you reserved. In addition, load-in and load-out, a studio check will be carried out by our staff within the reserved time.

We accept extensions of the reserved time if there are no other reservations by other customers, but extensions may be refused under some situations.
For extensions, we will charge each studio price by the hour (every 1 hour).
If you wish to leave equipment, or studio set, etc. until the next day, we will charge a rental fee up until 21:00 on the day of the shoot and from 9:00 on the next day.

[STEP 7] Payment
Please make payments by cash on the reserved day or by bank transfer by the end of the following month.
When using for the first time, customers are requested to pay by cash on the reserved day.
