Cancellation Fee

[In case of shooting]

Cancellation fee of tentative reservation is free until 18:00 on 7 days before the day of use.
After that, the following cancellation fee will be charged for the provisionally reserved time.
In addition, the contract will be concluded when you make a decision by phone, and the cancellation fee will be 100% of the reservation time after the confirmation.
*If it would be difficult to make a decision at 18:00 on the 7 days before use, we may give priority to the second customer. When continuing the priority of tentative reservation, please note that a cancellation fee will be incurred in accordance with the above cancellation policy.
*Cancellation for yet-to-be-determined-hour, we calculate by 9 hours (our business hours 9:00 ~ 18:00).
*Cancellation fee of tentative reservation on holiday is free until 18:00 on Friday or the day before the holiday. In addition, cancellation fee from 18:00 on 6 days before the day of use will be 20%. After that, the calculation is as follows.
